Active Plus Youth Cream is a product that claims to use advanced scientific formulae to act on your skin. It promises to reduce your wrinkles and make you look several years younger. According to the cream’s makers, you don’t have to spend money on Botox surgery.

However, it is important to first understand more about this cream before you decide to invest in it.

What does Active Plus Youth claim?

Active Plus Youth Cream claims to produce amazing scientific results on your skin within a few days of usage. When you look at its website, you cannot help but feel surprised at the list of benefits that it has got to offer for its regular users. Here are some of them:

  • Instant smoothening of stubborn fine lines
  • Visible reduction in ageing spots like wrinkles and dark circles
  • Overall improvement in the hydration, brightness, firmness, tone and texture of the skin
  • Excellent antioxidants that aid in quick repair of skin
  • Removal of elements causing stress, dullness, sagginess and discoloration of the skin

Yes, these claims do look very attractive and impressive. Are they true, but? This is the first question that you need to ask yourself before investing in this cream. How do you know if this product is genuine or not? Check out below to know its cost and components.

What does Active Plus Youth contain?

The website of Active Plus Youth mentions of terms like “active ingredients”, “breakthrough formula.” Unfortunately, it doesn’t mention the details of these ingredients anywhere on the site. Therefore, it doesn’t make any effort to justify its tall claims. Since we don’t know the components that have gone into making Active Plus Youth, we are doubtful about the authenticity and effectiveness of this cream. We doubt the presence of harsh chemicals that could cause rashes for people with sensitive skin. Since there is a lot of ambiguity surrounding its contents we wouldn’t recommend Active Plus Youth for our readers.

Pricing of Active Plus Youth

For a 14-day trial of Active Plus Youth Cream, you need subscribe to the same and pay $7.24 towards shipping charges. If you don’t cancel your subscription within the trial period, your credit card will be charged $131.00 at the end of the 14th day, towards full usage charges. Your subscription applies to the recurring shipment policy as well. Therefore, once in every 30 days, you will continue to receive products of Active Plus Youth and you need to pay $131.00 for it. This will go on until you call +61-291912796 and cancel your subscription completely.

Bottom Line

Active Plus Youth Cream suffers from a lot of disadvantages. The important ones are a lack of clarity regarding ingredients, exorbitant prices and confusing terms & conditions. If you invest in this product, you will have to face a lot of risks, which we feel is totally unnecessary for you. Hence, we suggest you stay from this product.

so i placed my order on 02 May 2017 and have yet to receive my products. I just paid for shipping as advertised on some website. i came across some very negative reviews on this product and company 12 days after my order was placed and most comments read that after 14 days customers noticed huge amounts being deducted from their accounts and that's when i decided to cancel my credit card before unauthorized funds were deducted from my account. Hopefully I'm lucky. Its June the 8th and still no product. Wherever my product is, i no longer want it. I really should have read all the reviews before making a random purchase.

BIG SCAM!!

Thankfully, I learned about these charges today (just received the cream today after waiting about 2 weeks or so! ) I called the bank. Praise God no money taken out yet. Bank put a stop on my card immediately and I will get a new card number. I saw an internet ad for another face cream using the same testimonial pictures that Active plus cream uses! Damn cheek! (Pardon the pun). I will NEVER, EVER fall for anything like this again and I certainly won't pay such exorbitant price for a face cream. Please be aware and just go to a pharmacy or dept store to buy a good face cream. I read the other reviews here and my heart goes out to all of you. Luckily, I got my account stopped in time before the thieving mongrels could get their filthy, greedy little claws on my money!

DO NOT BUY I tried to cancel my order of the free trial. Cost me $141 + postage to return the product (unopened and unused) to the USA only to have the package Returned To Sender as the address I was emailed for the return does not exist. This company is an absolute pain.

I have also been caught ,the worst part is that they passed my bank details on to other scammers before i realised $16 left in bank before i cancelled my bank ,they are investigating the rotten scammers.

I've also just found charges of $131 and $135.95 that I don't ever recall authorising, I am in the process of their chat support and was told that the terms and conditions are only on their website when placing the order, they don't ever clarify it by email. I've asked for proof of where I accepted any such terms and was told I have to wait 24-48 hours. I'm furious that I have been sucked in, I am usually very sceptical and am sure I would have read everything on their site. I just hope that others Google and find your article before signing up and getting so ripped off.

Angry and disappointed

I can't believe I fell for this scam! Normally I am very cautious about these sort of deals, but I did not see any fine print/terms on their website that I ordered from (bloody Facebook ad/link that I clicked I think). They verified that they do not send out this information-cancellation policy and further charges -in email or with your product. Your responsibility to see it on their website..otherwise too bad so sad! False, misleading, shady!! I had no phone number etc either when I first saw the cream charge on my card - but found a number on the cream jar when it arrived. Rang up straight away (11pm at night), and stayed strong /firm, I did not fall for any of their marketing ploys. They try to get you to keep the cream...and their money. I was promised a refund and a cancellation of my account/further subscriptions. Yay! Felt great relief! Waited for refund - yes! However, I did not realize that just before my call I had been charged AGAIN for next shipment already! That is the charge they refunded, NOT the original $131 (have to bear the $4.95 p&h fee). Tried to call again - no such luck this time. Got a very difficult person on the phone. Claimed they can only refund you for the most recent charge. .which they had... BUT at the time I did not know I had another charge of $135.95! Long story short I was misled in my first conversation, but I do have email confirmation of the refund promise, which is probably vague enough for them to claim they meant the second charge, not the first....BUT will try the bank anyway and complete a claim dispute for the charge. I just hope they don't sneak any more charges in!! And they want me to post back the cream! Not gonna happen! Mind you, not sure if I want to even use it...scary I am angry and disappointed in them, but even more so with myself! Falling for it, and not following up sooner! Lesson learnt not to do these things quickly on your phone before you away on holiday.... in fact NOT AT ALL!!

Have read most of the above reviews and same thing happened to me. I live in Melbourne Australia. Was put across on facebook as a "free sample". Nothing mentioned about the monthly subscription in the facebook add at all. Received my product unsealed no protection against contamination and received it after the so called 14 day trial. Noticed a charge to my credit card on sunday evening immediately rang my bank and had my card cancelled and the bank are investigating it as a fraud/scam. Be very wary people. This needs to be stopped. Also wanted to return it but cannot find address anywhere. And if you notice item is sent from some country other than the USA. They will be getting no money whatsoever from me........

Beware, so shifty. Thought I'd try a new facial cream. Ordered the trial sample, didn't receive it for over two weeks after ordering. Then get an invoice and shipping notice for $135.95. Rang the Contact Us number provided on the invoice and told because I didn't notify the company I didn't want the product within 14 days of ordering it, I now have a subscription I have to pay every 30 days of $135.95 What kind of business does this. Day light robbery. I have never paid over $40 for a moisturiser. BEWARE

Return address required

I was informed to try the product and return items if unhappy with your product within 14 days. I've spent 7 days searching for a return address or phone number. Nothing exists. False advertising to valued customers. Not happy!!!!

Scam - Very dodgy. Don't even consider

It was said that there was a trial period but I received the product after the trial period had concluded and was charged full price for the product I had only just received. I subsequently tried to have it stopped via e-mail to which I got an email failure. I then tried to call the company and spoke to a Mark Young who stated there was no manager to authorise a refund. I have now been charged an additional payment for a product I have not opened, have not conducted the so-called 'free trial' and the so-called 'genuine company' won't refund. Steer away from this product. Very dodgy.

I also paid the freight for my free samples of Youth Serum and Youth Cream ... the money was taken out and before I could cancel it, before the samples had arrived!!! another $131.00 and !$127,00 were taken out. I had to cancel my credit card to stop more money being taken, I have found it impossible to contact them: the phone numbers are not correct and I got onto the chat line twice requesting them to call me. No calls to date. All the chat line want to do it sell you more. And to make it worse I still have not received my free samples some 5 weeks later. About $270 including international bank transactions have come out ... We need to do a class action or similar. as I want my money back.

After placing the order for the free trial, (12th April 2017) I read the fineprint. I emailed & rang to cancel my order within 30mins. Was told I had to pay the $4.95 regardless of my cancellation, as it had already gone through. I accepted that, but 3 weeks later (1st May) I received the cream in the mail. Upon checking my bank account I realised my Credit Card had been charged $131 on 26th April (a week prior to receiving the cream). I contacted them again and they requested I provide evidence of my phone call & email requesting the cancellation. Which I did. They processed a refund for the $131 on the phone. I am just waiting for it to appear in my account (if not I will be going to my bank). Contact details are hard to find. but I found them (see below) Argentina +54-1159841885 Australia Sydney (who I spoke with) +61-291912796 Brisbane +61-731886691 Perth +61-862252035 Adelaide +61-870708567 Darwin +61-889671804 Canberra +61-261452009 Belgium +32-78480306 Chile +56-29381656 Colombia +57-13819497 Denmark +45-78775054 Finland +358-753252982 France +33-811850157 Germany 0800-181-9128 India +90-850-2526390 Ireland +353-766060827 Israel +972-25695288 Italy +44 808 168 3668 Japan +81-368635287 South Korea 00-308-13-1980 Malaysia 1-800-813-814 Mexico +52-5546312229 Norway 800-17-399 New Zealand Wellington +64-48319508 Auckland +64-98010015 Poland +48-223970382 Greece +30-2111980701 Hong Kong +852-300-85686 Holland/Netherlands +31-858880316 Portugal +351-308801765 Singapore 800-852-3913 South Africa +27-875502437 Spain +34-901848061 Sweden +46-101992564 Switzerland Zurich +41-435082014 Geneva +41-225330827 Thailand +66-21055786 Turkey +90-850-2526368 United Kingdom +44 808 168 3668 United States & Canada 1-888-563-0374 Venezuela Caracas +58-2127204395 Maracaibo +58-2613351000

I ordered the Active Plus Youth Cream and never received the cream and l got charged $131 before the trial period ended. I have rung the company to cancel my order where they asked me to be patient and wait another week for my free product. I explained l don't want it and want to be reimbursed for the $131 back into my acount...she told me that is not possible until l receive my trial product and then l can request for a refund. Fortunately l have contacted my bank as the transaction is still pending and put a stop to this transaction and cancelled my account. Please be aware this is a scam

I am not happy at all. I was charged for the trial on the 12th and by 27th is the month another $98 all in March 2017. This is outrageous.don't even have a chance to see the trial results before charged that price.
