NeuLift Anti-Aging Cream Overall rating: ★☆☆☆☆ 1 based on 70 reviews
NeuLift Anti-Aging Cream is an anti-ageing cream that promises a visible reduction in wrinkles and fine lines by increasing the skin’s potential to produce collagen.
While this is quite a scientific claim, we need to analyse it further to understand how exactly NeuLift plans to do that. Also, this cream is available for a free trial, and it falls under an auto-ship program.
So, you have to be extra careful about the hidden terms that the cream may contain. Read this review of NeuLift Anti-Aging Cream to understand if this is the product that you were looking for, to correct your ageing symptoms.
What does NeuLift Anti-Aging Cream claim?
When you look at NeuLift’s website, you will understand that it promises the following claims to its users:
Visible decrease in the number of wrinkles
Considerable improvement in the skin’s potential to produce collagen
Visible reduction in the appearance of dark circles
Yes, we do agree that these claims are good. Nevertheless, we are not sure how much true are there. As the product is new to market and not much true review is there, so we have to analyse other factors like the product’s price, components and other terms to know if it is authentic and if its claims are credible.
What does NeuLift Anti-Aging Cream contain?
NeuLift Anti-Aging Cream active ingredients! That’s the only thing mention in its’ websites. We must say that we are not impressed with the lack of ingredients. And since we don’t know what the ingredients are, there’s no question of analyzing the dosages or concentration of these ingredients. Due to this, we are not able to say with confidence that this product would work great for you.
Pricing of NeuLift Anti-Aging Cream
NeuLift is available for a free trial for 14 days. However, this doesn’t mean that you get to try it for free. You have to pay a small postage fee for $4.95. Ensure that you cancel your signup within this short time span, to avoid being charged a huge sum of $94.90 ($89.95 + $4.95 shipping cost), at the end of the trial period. Since you are automatically signed in for the auto-ship program, you will also be getting supplies of NeuLift every month, for which you will be required to pay huge charges. Therefore, cancel your subscription as early as possible. For cancellation and general queries, you can contact NeuLift on (855) 686-0549 or at email@example.com for assistance.
While we are convinced with the ingredients of NeuLift, we are not quite happy with the steep price and auto-ship program of the product. If you don’t read through the terms, you will be caught in a huge financial burden due to this product. The price structure is hidden away in the T&C section to trap you. Hence, we would never recommend this product for our users. There are other pocket-friendly and effective alternatives available in the market, which you can try for the betterment of your skin.
“The ad says Try for 4.95. Some “link” is where the hook is that they bill you &89.95 MORE in 14 days. By the time I realized that charge — I sent back the product- unused-! I disputed the charges. They currently have my Money and I have NOTHING! !!! It’s a big SCAM!”
“SCAM . I was under the impression this was backed buy Joana (G.)Ha-HA so far I have been charged a Total of $524.55 because I too did not realize I was on an automatic draft. During this time my mother suffered a major stroke before Thanksgiving and passed away 2 weeks ago. I just got back to my credit card statement and realized what had happened to me. Thanks Joanna I did try the product but can honestly say it does NOT work. So please don't get hooked like me”
“it is a scam. they offered me 1 free sample and then continued without my permission to charge, not my accout, my husband business accout withought permission, no agreement outside of the free sample. Im calling the BBB and also my brother who just happens to be a lawyer.I have informed my bank manager not to allow them to deduct any money. Scam City! Don"t go for it.”
“Scam sales approach. Free trial turns into expensive standing order, which you have agreed to accept somewhere in the fine print after you click that you are at least 18 years old. I haven't even tried the product to know whether it works. BUT, and company that uses these sales tactics is probably not worth dealing with. I called and requested a refund for unused/unopened product and was denied. I wouldn't trust this company. Now I'm out a hundred dollars.”
“Costly rip off! Be careful!!! Danger!! before rip off, we must stop any free trial from any product! “Buyer beware, this was not free trial !!You think the products are free except for shipping and handling, then your credit card takes the hit for the free trial product and also the second mailing of product that comes automatically! Don't get taken by this scam !””
“THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM!! On the phone with my bank right now trying to get all charges refunded. This is a bait and switch and I would love to join any class action suit to take this company DOWN!! Do not think ANYTHING is free and the tiny print at the bottom- not clear at all- reveals the MASSIVE price mark-up on this free trial that becomes a recurring charge on your account even though you do not see it coming.”
“Apparently, there is no rating below the number 1, otherwise, this company would receive a "zero." They have a script that they are reading from to be certain that everyone is told the same story. I too, was scammed by this company. I too, was told that I could not have my money refunded. Just this evening, I asked to speak with a supervisor, I was told that Lakeshia is the only supervisor. After speaking with Lakeshia, I believe she is also the leader of the pack. I have so much to say, but I am leaving the long review for the attorney general's fraud office. I agree with all of the previous reviews because it just happened to me! When I asked to speak with another supervisor, I was placed on hold for 20 minutes. The call ended only when I hung up the phone, otherwise, I would still be holding. No matter how long it takes, Lakeshia and Tanieshia, I will contact as many people as I can to have the $94.50 reimbursed to me.”
“We are still looking into how we came to recieve this product, but like every other review we have been charged for something that most likely we didn't know about. We've got two shipments in last two months that come in my husband's name. His credit cards has also been charged a total of $189.80. When we recieved the 1st shipment, I thought it was odd that it came in his name, but since I tend to sign up for freebies occasionally, I didn't think too much about it. After the second shipment, we started digging, then we found we had been charged the $189.80. My advice to everyone who has been ripped off by this company is to file a report with the California Attorney General's Office. Not only can they shut this company down, but they can sue on behalf of the people who were effected and who filed complaints.. You might even get a little of your money back. I intend to file one myself after we get this "subscription" cancelled and report them to the credit card company.”
“After getting charged like other people have commented, my wife cancelled it, Then we received another $200 shipment. I called the number to cancel. The woman said she had two cancellation numbers on file from us. After I hung up, I realized the last charge on my cc was a day after the first cancellation number. I called immediately back and got an Indian guy on the line. After I explained the charge, he said there was no cancellation number on file and if I wanted to cancel, I would have to pay $4.95!!! I told him they'd get no more money from me and called my cc company, who put a block on the vendor.”
“I too was scammed, however I did read the fine print and was still charged and sent additional product. When I called customer service the agent was rude and said I "agreed". I knew this was not true, she then said the "specific" disclosure was towards the bottom of the page. I advised her this was in violation of FTC/FCC and all disclosures and disclaimers must be clear and accessible. She hung up on me, I called back, transfered to another agent who attempted the "discount" speech. I advised her a full refund was in order and please provide a return information. She said they "don't accept returns on used merchandise". August 27th, I was charged again instead of receiving a credit, I confirmed with NL customer service the account was closed 8/24...in less than 14 days NeuLift debited my account $720 that I have to resolve through my bank.”
“DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. THEY CLAIM TO BE ASSOCIATED WITH JOANNA GAINES. YOU SUBSCRIBE TO THE FREE SAMPLE BUT THEY CONTINUE TO CHARGE YOUR CARD AND DO NOT SEND ANY MERCHANDISE. THIS IS A SCAM ALL THE WAY AROUND. DO NOT BE FOOLED.”
“ZERO RATING! The add said to try it for free only paying for shipping,no terms and conditions or anything about a 14 day trial. Only get to know about all of this when calling today to get return address and to be reimbursed. I'm very angry about this, I told them their explanation isn't acceptable and I'm not done with them. I do believe the Sharks has nothing to do with this company and that they are fraudulently using them to promote their product”
“We ordered this product on Aug 13th and so the product did NOT WORK, well we only had 14 days to test it or they charge you 89.95 and they did but I called them on Aug 26th at 11:35 pm and they would NOT TAKE off the charge even though I was calling within the 14 days , get this the rep said that they go by Eastern Time Zone so it was already Aug 27th by an hour in a half. You see my e-mail cancel is time stamped 11:35 pm on the 14th day so I know I'm covered but the arrogance and rudeness by the staff , the company should be ashamed of themselves for wanting to do anything to RIP OFF people DON"T BUY”
“So furious it's hard for me to get my words straight right now!!! This company uses celebrity's to rope you in to viewing the product. Once in and you see the "try it for free only pay shipping" bs, they have you. And from there, after entering your payment info, a pic of the product you want pops up, you click on it, and BAM, the payment goes through. Another pic pops up, you click on that, BAM, that payment goes through. Another pic pops up... well at this point, I'm not clicking on anything else because my card is charged every time I think I'm about to view that product! There was no review your items before purchase page showing your total and items selected before submitting payment or anything! There was no where for me to go, I had to just X out of the screen. I should've called right then, but I thought, "well, it's only $10 bucks!" RIGHT!!! STAY AWAY FROM NEULIFT, IT'S AN ABSOLUTE SCAM!!! If it doesn't feel right, chances are it's not. I should have listened to my gut...”
“If I could give neulift a zero that's the rating! Reading all the reviews, we all feel the same, except " Randy" he probably work for the sorry company! I wasn't ordering this product! I was ordering a different one and asumably there was a pop up and wham! I get this crap that makes my eyes swell and turn red! U did not order the eye cream but it wouldn't let you clear that option, and wham again 2 worthless products that was pricey! Now unethical to take advantage of people to make money!”
“I agree with all the other terrible reviews of both the product and this scam company. I ordered just a sample and was only to pay shipping. About 2 weeks latter I found this fraudulent company had charged my cc for another 89.95 without my authorization and I most certainly did not re-order this crappy product that does nothing at all. This is a scam and I would like to warn everyone to stay away from ordering any products at all from this company which fraudulently charges customers for products not ordered or even received.”
“If you are unhappy with this product, you can not Return it !! If if you cancel the product they keep sending and charging you. I filed a complaint and they only could give me a percentage off what they charged my Cc. Beware do not order this product. Google them and the truth comes out.”
“Wow just wow! My wife received a pop up about this crap and they said you only pay for shipping $4.95. Well they took that out plus .99. Received the tiny jar and 3 days later got a notification about them pulling 89.95 out of my act!!!!!! We called and the worthless reps kept lying saying we we checked the box and kept insisting we were wrong! After this happened Thats when i came and looked it up and yup a SCAM! This is so upsetting.”
“Do not us I broke out in hives my dermatologist ended and having to do 5 skin graphs three of which they had to take off of my Gluteus Maximus !!! go after $36,000. I highly highly rated danger caution hoising do not get this it is harmful the company is a scam and they have no remorse and all I simply said I'm sorry to hear that but there's nothing I can do. You might as well just take acetone and put it on your face it's cheaper and you'll get the same affect!!!!”
“They falsely advertised that this product is made by a Joanna Gaines company. Even if you return the product they won't refund you. You are given a "subscription" without knowing it and you will be charged $94.50 for 0.5 oz every month until you cancel. This is a rip-off.”
“Got FREE $50 trial on Amazon site for certain products so thought I'd give this Neu Lift a try. What a scam! Product doesn't work and when I received a second order and tried to return they said they DON'T”
“I've read everyone's complaint. Thank you, like you all, I failed to read the tems of agreement. 1-888-553-4058 is the number I just called. I spoke to Chris, I will pay the $9.99 return charge, I will be waiting until July 23,2017.”
“The "free trial " did not contain the actual terms and conditions.. When I went on their website AFTER receiving $300. In charges then the terms and conditions were totally different. Phone call to RUDE customer service rep! Refusal to refund the money charged. And... The product is complete junk...”
“Please, please don''t get involved with this scam. They Auto ship which is very costly. It doesn't list all ingredients, the bottle went from a 5.95 to 85.95 a month! It is very sketchy on how it's made, if you click on getting a free sample, it leads you to a different page where you will be redirected to being added for auto shipping and you can't get refunds and if you ordered the face and eye cream, well you are paying a fortune of over 200.00 per month. For a product that doesn't list all the ingredients, and you don't know if it's safe, why should I or you pay 200.00 per MONTH? Please do NOT buy! SCAM.”
“BIG RIP OFF-Do not purchase from this Company. This is a total RIP OFF. They market this as an opportunity to try Neulift products offering trial purchase with an initial payment of 4.95 for 0,5 ounce for anti-age cream & 5.95 for eye serum. with additional .99 charge. On 06/05 & 06/06 they charged my card 89.95 & 94.90 on 7/3 told me I purchased a subscription and never received ANY ADDITONAL PRODUCTS. apparently hidden in the website the terms and conditions state you are agreeing to a subscription. Really ? Going to look into Class Action Suit. And by the way The product don't due what they Claim”
“This is a terrible company. I cancelled twice and they still hit my card and then claimed I never cancelled and the cancellation numbers THEY gave me are invalid! I wouldn't EVER recommend this product or the company to anyone! I've been on hold for twenty minutes and still no supervisor has answered! They don't deserve the one star maybe half of a star. Shameful”
“I can't even rate this product because this whole company is a scam. I agree with every review posted. Never told had to cancel order in 14 days. Never told I would be charged $89.95 plus shipping (94.90). I too trusted the product because it was backed up by Shark Tank. Shame on them. The only phone number I have is 855-686-0549 for the customer service rep. I feel the same way Judi does. I feel I was lied to from the beginning. The customer service rep said she could give me 50% off my next order, after that I am canceling my order. I wrote down my order number this time.. Sad thing is I didn't even know I had one! Why can't we do something about these scammers! Wish I could put a zero for the rating but had to put one star so I could submit this review.”
“Neulift anti aging cream product is a scam. They put in the add a free 30 day trial and u only pay the shipping and handling plus I paid another. 99 cent times 2 for guarantee delivery but that is untrue cause I have not received the product but they got their money. I was going over my bank account and found out that 175.90 was taken from my account. I called the number that I had which is(937)352-4919 (they cannot cancel the order and reimburse me my 175.90 but he gave me another number 818-303-9260 but no one answers. I finally found the so called customer service number and they said I had 14 days to cancel the product or be charged but the fine print was so small that Jesus himself could not have read.. They offered me 35% reimbursement of 175.90 which comes to 61.56. I am disputing this with my bank not just because it is a fraudelent company but I STILL HAVE NO CREAM. Elizabeth Brown”
“I give this scam a F- they send the trial no paperwork disconnected phone numbers took me 4 try's to cancel & they promised an email to verify cancellation NOT charged me over 200.00$ no refund they better not charge me again or I'm calling the better business bureau Joanna Gains should be ashamed of yourself u are a theif”
“This product is a rip off. First they offer a free trial sample for $4.95 did not mention another $0.99. After the 14 day trial they automatically charge you $89.95. There is no free trial. I was charged $89.95 without a new shipment. they automatically ship another if you don't cancel right away. it does not work do not try it it's a rip-off”
“Don't buy this product!! I don't care if it works or not, because their business practices far out weigh anything positive from the product. I ordered the trial sample. I called within a few days of receiving it to make sure that I wasn't on auto delivery and cancel everything. I was told I couldn't cancel until June 14th, so I called on the 14th. A few days later my credit card was charged. I immediately called and was told that I cancelled one day too late. I told them I called earlier and was told to call on the 14th, but they said they did not show that I had called earlier, so there was nothing they could do. I asked to speak to a manager and the call was dropped. I called back and was told that all customer service reps had the say authority and there was nothing they could do. I feel that I was tricked into calling too late so that I would get another change on my credit card. What kind of customer service is this?!!!”
“Buyer beware ,this free trial could cost you $363.00 ,,, before you realize what happened . You think the products are free except for shipping and handling , then your credit card takes the hit for the free trial product and also the second mailing of product that comes automatically ! Don't get taken by this scam !”
“So thought I'd try the free trial of the cream and eye serum . Didn't do what the ad showed ... but ''twas giving it some time . Shipping charges showed up as I knew it would ,.so then the next bill I was hit with 175.9 for my so called free trial .another 186.80 for the product that came a few days ago to my surprise . So better business bureau and consumer affairs and any other place to get the word out will hear about this . Rip off !!!”
“This makes me incredibly angry, and sad!!! I sent for the "Free Trial," for just $4.95, and got the creme on about June 8th. On Friday, June 16th, I just happened to call my bank to see what my checking acct. balance was, and, lo and behold, I found that I was short like $90.! I just could not figure it out, until I thought about buying this skin creme! I am not ever making a mistake like this again!!! :( I am going to call my bank later today, and try to call this company! Plus, I will call the FTC-Federal Trade Commission, as well! Let's try to get these damn scammers on this, people!!!”
“This company has no mailing address, claims the items cannot be returned because they're skin care products. I was charged $92 & $96 for 3 0z or less of product. Along with others in this thread, I only went along because I did a survey. No where did it state I had to cancel w/in 14 days. If it had, I would not have ordered it. Try to get a supervisor or physical mailing address & all you get is firstname.lastname@example.org. I got 35% of both items after threating to call my state's attorney general, the better business bureau & post negative statements all over social media. They were not willing to give up a mailng address so I could complain to the company owners/managers/administration.”
“Rip off! After emailing, snail-mailing on the 12th day of the trial period to cancel products, I called twice 3 days later to confirm and was assured by Denise and Lakeisha that there would be no further charges, The very next day they charged full price for both products and now insist that no refunds are due because I called 1 day after the deadline to cancel even though I was told there would be no further charges. This company needs to be shut down and forced to reimburse everyone they have scammed! ZERO ZERO ZERO”
“This is a despicable SCAM!!!! This company has extremely deceptive business practices - from false advertising to hidden fees & terms and don't offer a refund nor accept product returns!!! They should be ASHAMED of themselves for stealing money from the public like this!!!! And employees should be embarrassed to work here!!! I'm working with my bank to recover my money and will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and FTC. I suggest anyone who has been wronged by this company to do the same!!!!”
“I really wish i could give a zero star, they are a scam. They don't care about their customer service because they just love to take your money. The customer service I was talking to, started to yell at me because of this scam. The entire company and its subsidiaries are just a joke, a scam! Do not buy it, i know the low initial cost looks amazing, but don't do it.”
“The company shipping Neulift Anti-Aging Cream is not a very reputable company. First of all, their Advertising is very misleading. After receiving the items ordered, they were NOT THE trial sizes that I thought I was purchasing. Plus the packaging was damaged with an oily package. I did not keep and returned the item. They charged me over $150.00 and WILL NOT give me credit for the items I returned.”
“Ordered sample. Does NOTHING. Called and cancelled. Then they charged me $91.90 and $94.90. Called, nasty woman said we have proof, you checked a box that you are 18 and the terms are in big red letters. Then offered to refund me 40% I said no, she said then you will have to pay in full because we'll send your up address to your bank and they'll take the money right back out. I said no they won't . Then she offered me 50% refund. This is 10 minutes after they charged my account. I said I know you haven't sent it, you just charged my account 10 minutes ago. She said that doesn't matter, you still have to pay. She then said you are refusing ny offer on a recorded Line? I hung up. This is the first time she said it was being recorded. Not at beginning of call, as is customary. It is illegal to tape a call in Ohio without permission. So there's illegal wiretapping . What a scam. Calling the bank tomorrow to object to the charges.”
“THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE SUED. I'M NOT GIVING UP SO FAST. RIGHT NOW I'M HAVING A HARD TIME GETTING A PHONE NUMBER FOR NEULIFT. I DON'T WANT TO SPEAK TO A 3RD PARTY PERSON. THEY CAN'T HELP THE FACT THAT THE PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK AND THEREFORE I CONSIDER A FRAUD AND A HUGE SCAM. I CAN IMAGINE ALL THE $175.00 THEY'VE COLLECTED FROM THE BUYERS. MY NEXT STEP IS FILING A COMPLAINT AT MY BANK. THEY NEED TO BE STOPPED. I WILL NEVER EVER PURCHASE SOMETHING ON FACEBOOK AGAIN. SALLY”
“When I called in to cancel the product I was led to believe that future orders would be shipped to me with a 75% discount. Tonight I learned they charged me for my "free" trial at that price. I've disputed the charge with my credit card company”
“False advertising! You provide absolutely no info in your "free trial" offer that I would be put in auto ship program at almost $200. I tried to cancel at end of order but could not. I called & spoke to Keith and he said I had to call back on 6/13 to cancel. He said I cannot cancel before that date. I asked if this would be a working # when I called back & he refused to answer. Joanna, you should have stayed on Fixer Upper. I have lost ALL respect and trust in you & and will never buy any product Lori Grenier promotes. Both of you are greedy FRAUDS!! Shame on you.”
“Omg! I am soooo sorry I did not read these reviews before getting caught in the pricey scam! I trusted it Bc of the Shark Tank connection!! Do not get caught. Sad part, the product is good but order on Amazon for a third of the cost.”
“Yes this is a bad scam.I hope something will be done to bad people like this .I did get some of my money back. Also i hope you will notice who's name was used for the ad.own this ,we shall a send a twitter to her husband where he will no,Sure product was as bad as there are.I have to RATE before i can submit, but i rate them oooo”
“EXACTLY what everyone else says. a complete scam. I will be contacting the FTC about this scam of their hidden terms and conditions. I feel badly for the customer service reps that have to work for this company. I am also going to email everyone i know about this. I'm ashamed of shark tank for promoting and investing in this company. this is not the way you want to make a business grow. ZERO RATING.”
“Buyer beware. Do not buy from this company. They rip you off on recurring fees. Read the terms and conditions before you buy. Not a company you would be proud of doing business with. Bank is working to get refund.”
“I just received a charge for $89.98 for this crap !! What a scam !! I, like the others, thought this was just a $4.95 plus .99 for shipping deal. An expensive lesson learned !! I will NEVER be so stupid again. I wish that I had looked up these reviews before being so idiotic! I'm mad because I thought I was so smart and aware that I wouldn't be sucked into something like this. Luckily I got the damn thing cancelled. ...or they would have just kept coming...!!”
“Total rip off...you get the sample for the shipping price and turn around a few weeks later and slam your account with $175.00 charge. Two little containers not worth the $5 together. When you call them you get some idiot named "Rose" who all he wants to say it "we all have the same responsibility" like we believe that he don't have a superior they report to...what a crock!!!”
“I give you no stars your rip offs you charged me big money which I didn't have it was my friends card and he is post watch these suckers because they will rip you off with the terms and conditions which I didn't see there were no signs I thought I just had to pay shipping well low and behold they charged his card more money I wouldn't pay them if it was my card because I don't want to mess up his credit well don't buy nothing from them they don't care because it's not there money”
“The web site that I got my free trial said nothing about a 14 day trial period. I didn't even have a web site to go to to cancel my trial. Do order this product unless you have 200.00 to lose. Very unhappy to say the least.”
“I thought I was getting my wife something free for doing a free gift survey. WRONG! They took out $89.xx the first round without me catching it and then I viewed my bank account and spotted the $95.xx deduction. I called them up and they only offered me 35% refund I continued to argue with them and it went up to 50% . My wife over heard the conversation and took the phone she works in customer service for medical and she laid it out to them and got a 100% for the $95.xx but not the $89.xx. Now after talking to our bank they are going after the $89.xx. Piece of crap cons!!!”
“I did a review on line and then I get a 0.4 oz in the mail which was suppose to be free then I called in and cancelled and I get a charge of $89.95 for what I don't know and charged $4.99 for shipping and handling .They are a bunch of thieves. Am so aggravated.”
“I really tried to give them a zero stars. However, it would not allow me to remove it. My advertisement stated try free only pay shipping and in 30 days I would receive an email asking for a review of the product. Guess what in 14 days I was charged $89. I called and they gave me the bull and crap about if not cancelled I'd be charged that fee. Well nowhere did I see that. Only give a product review after 30 days. So I cancelled. This is a wolf in a sheep disguise. I feel like reporting them to the Better Business Bureau or Consumer Affairs for there unethical business practices.”
“The price is extremely expensive. The way they trick you into paying $89.95 is fraudulent and you are shocked as hell when you see it debited out of your account. Very deceptive. Don't get tricked into getting a free trail. Nothing is free especially this product.”
“If a star wasn't required, I wouldn't have given 1!! Hidden terms and condition is not a good way of customer service! I was charged $95 two times bc I had no idea about the "allotted" time frame. I did a survey and that's the only reason I even thought about this crap! If you don't want to be charge almost $100 don't get this stuff! They say it's nonrefundable! I even spoke with a supervisor and she said all she could do was 35%! Well guess what... no recommendations will ever be given from me for this company! What goes around comes around!”
