Revyve Skin Advanced Ageless Cream

All of us would love to the soft and supple skin, wouldn’t we? In most of the cases, we lose our skin’s texture and vibrant nature, as we grow old. In an attempt to get back the youthful nature of our skin, we resort to injection-based treatments like Botox. This is not a solution that is practical for all because Botox is a costly process.
So, how do we get back our skin’s look through affordable means? There is no dearth for cost-effective beauty products in the market today for this purpose. Revyve Skin Skin Care is also one of them. It comes with a trial offer as well, so that you can opt out if you are not interested. Is this product recommended for you? Read this review and take your call.
What does Revyve Skin claim
Revyve Skin’s official website claims that its skin care product would provide the following benefits:
Bring about 84% reduction in wrinkles and fine lines
Increases the production of collagen hormone by 95%
Prevents the formation of dark circles under the eyes by 73%
While most of these benefits are what we see in other skin care creams as well, we need to understand the features and ingredients of this product in detail to know its real impact. Revyve Skin doesn’t have any scientific proof to back up its claims; therefore, it becomes very challenging to believe these claims.
What Revyve Skin is made from?
We always make decisions whether to buy a particular product or not only when we have checked its ingredients. In the case of Revyve Skin Skin Care, it becomes difficult to cross check its authenticity, because there are not details about the nature and percentage of ingredients used to manufacture it. Yes, there are claims stating that this product has medically and scientifically tested for producing great results on one’s skin; however, it is hard to buy this product based on these claims, especially when we don’t have any supporting information about its ingredients.
Cost structure of Revyve Skin
While most of the other trial offers of beauty & skin care products failed to explain price terms clearly, Revyve Skin did well in this department. We are able to get details about its price from the terms and conditions page. You are sure to get disappointed about information about the price structure and trial terms.
It follows an auto-ship policy which means after “14 day trial period” gets over, you will be charged $89.95 unless you cancel it within 14 days. Also, they will ship new supply of Revyve Skin every month and you will be billed $94.90 ($89.95 + $4.95 Shipping) until you cancel your subscription. To cancel, reach out to Revyve Skin at 844-REVYVE1 or firstname.lastname@example.org for more details.
We have no information about the ingredients used for making Revyve Skin Skin Care product, the price of the product and its trial terms. When there are so many doubts about such basic information, it is surely not worth investing in; you can rather invest your hard-earned money in other products that come with transparent terms and conditions about their price and components.
“This should be against the law! Scamming. Living onSS & finding out that I was overdrafted, because of several hundred dollars debited from my account..from an internet of "skin" care products I never ordered or received. Never order anything from TV. I would love to sue them. Maybe I will. Maybe we all should!”
“Complete scammers!!! I ordered a free trial and got it eye cream in there that I did NOT order! I was charged 2 shipping fees!!! Then today my bank called, fraud detection!!! These scammers tried to take 99.95 out of my account! I am contacting BBB,And contacting attorney. SCAMMERS”
“Saw the add for free trial on tv. Never informed it was a subscription or it would cost me $96. A month. It was automatically taken out of my account without my knowledge . I was never told or saw any documents stating I would be responsible since gor $96. A month on a monthly basis. I’ve been a hairdresser for 40 years. Never seen a scam like this one. We offered our customers free trial size products for free or for a couple of dollars. But never did I scam a customer out of $96. This is an advertising scam and intended to cheat the public. No cream 1oz is worth this kind of money. I want my refund or I’m filing a complaint with Nevada consumers office.”
“I ordered the skin cream . FREE you only pay shipping of $695. I never saw anything about cancelling in 14 days. The eye cream was not ordered. They sent it woth my free sample. Well I too just got hit with an $82.95 and $89.95 charge a for maybe an ounce of what appears to be COLD CREAM. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS... I cant afford this.”
“Don't do it! The product is marginal at best but the way the company is trying to maximize their profits is SHAMEFUL! ... hiding "Terms and Conditions" in ridiculously small print that takes multiple links to find and charging customers credit cards $89.95 with no willingness to refund. They.Are.Horrible.People!”
“I made the mistake of ordering a “sample” of the eye serum/cream. It wasn’t until after I had hit enter did I proceed to read about the shady practices of this “Company”. They claim you can cancel within 14 days. I cancelled after reading the reviews. Each day I emailed “ cancel “ my order. They charged my credit card twice @6.95. Again, I am forwarding my email to them to cancel. I spoke with representative on January 7th and she confirmed I would not received their product. Today I discovered not one but two charges to my credit card in the amount of $89.95- January 19th! I phoned the customer service line and was told there were no notes in the computer reflecting a cancellation and I was asked “who did you speak with”? Seriously? I then forwarded the email chain of my request, the woman asked me what email address did I use? Of course the original one that has sent the initial confirmation which is the only one I had. She said that was an incorrect email address. Original order was placed on 12/30/18@6:29PM - I emailed cancellation requests on 12/31/18 @11:36AM- 1/1/19 @11:06AM - 1/3/19 @11:46AM - 1/5/19 @11:12AM and on 1/7/18 I responded to. A Phone call on my cell - their number 513-201-3684 the representative told me it would be noted that I did not want the product. She provided lip service as they subsequently charged my account. I have reported this as fraudulent activity with my credit card provider because today (1/19/19 @4:25 I was told I would not get my money back . This is not a reputable Company. Stay away unless you want a big headache. In order to post I have to post a star - otherwise I most definitely would not.”
“Wow, complete rip off... They make it look like you can get a sample for 6.95, then they stroke you for an additional 89.95 in two weeks, and automatically sign you up for a monthly reoccurrence. Customer service is unwilling to help and their collection and billing people couldn't be more rude. These folks should be sued.”
“1 is too high to even rate the dishonesty of putting $89.95 charges on your account after ordering the $6.95 samples. Listen to the reviews and save yourself endless calls to your credit company to resolve. Sneaky!”
“This company is very dishonest, their advertising doesn't disclose that if you request the "free" sample you're signing up for a subscription of almost $90 a month! Their practices are so shady, they're already flagged by financial institutions, in fact was my bank who made me aware that I signed up for a subscription, they called me 10 min after I paid for the "free" sample. I didn't get to try the product, but is most likely garbage since they have use such a dishonest practices.”
“I thought I was ordering a FREE sample of the skin care advertised with the Shark Tank endorsement for shipping only costs. Received both the skin care product and the under eye product (WHICH I DID NOT ORDER) While going over my checking acct. balance noticed a charge for $82.95 and another charge for 89.95. Called the company and after much discussion was told I had 14 days to cancel my enrollment or I would be charged the full amount for the products which amounted to $172.90 plus shipping. I did not read anything about this 14 days while ordering the FREE sample. WHO WOULD PAY $172.90 FOR A PRODUCT THEY HAVEN'T YET TRYED?? They finally agreed to credit my account $89.95 but not the $82.95. which I ended up paying for a product that doesn't work anyways. I have contacted Ms. Swanson our Attorney General for Minnesota and also the BBB. Hopefully something will be done about this SCAM.”
“If I could have given it a zero, I would have. Not only does this product not work, I thought I was paying for shipping only to try this product, I was charged $89.95 on my bank statement with the name DERMABIRTH. This company is guilty of bait and switch. When I called they said I had received the info in a email. That may be true, but I didn't see it and they refused to refund me.”
“Please do your self a huge favor and AVOID this company at all costs... It is nothing but a lure to hook you into paying absorbent costs for average cheap products. I as well was lured by the "Trial" sample with no small or fine print what so ever, I really scrutinized their website. I ordered two product samples with shipping charges of $6.95 and $7.95 but when samples arrived I had found 5 other products in a small box of which I mailed them back and later saw my credit card charged $135. $123. and 149. I notified my credit card companies fraud and investigation dept. and offered to go to court should they opt to take this scam of a business to court. this was just 3 weeks ago so I have not heard the outcome thus far. Avoid Avoid Avoid there are much better products out there with reputable companies standing behind their products and they actually have legitimate customer service. I saw this product on Shark tank, so discouraging to see the Sharks have reverted to scamming partners.”
“If you have just ordered, cancel before 15 days is up or your account will be billed monthly unless you cancel it Every Thirty Days!! I didn't get to read their policy until my trial payment was already paid. The contract policy that is auto signed by you when you accept the trial offer. (the first step). Here it is folks: F. Unless you cancel this service, every thirty (30) days thereafter Revyve Skin - Advanced Ageless Cream will renew your subscription for an additional thirty (30) days supply of the Product you ordered, and the credit card You provided to us will be automatically billed for the Product $96.90. G. If you are not satisfied with the Product and wish to cancel future deliveries of the Product, You must contact Our Customer Service Department toll-free at 844-REVYVE1 prior to the expiration of the Trial Period (before Day 15) and cancel your order. 844-738-9831 If I would have had privledge to read this prior to paying for the trial offer I would NEVER of tried the product.”
“I purchased the trial for $6.96 with my credit card. I received a receipt showing total cost of $7.85, more than advertised but I did not question it. I checked my credit card account and see they have put through two additional charges of $6.95 and $133.17 on the same day. When I called them they were of no help at all, they claimed they were up sales. I asked why were these not shown on my receipt. All he said was they don't show but they were charged. What kind of business is that??!!! Receipts should ALWAYS show what was charged. This is a scam, they don't show it on your receipt so you don't catch it right away. In order to get a refund I have to pay for shipping to send the products back and who knows if I will ever see a refund. TOTAL SCAM!!!!!!!! I only rate one star because it is required to rate, otherwise no rating is deserved.”
“I as well was scammed.I ordered my free trial and then realized after I had signed up for my free trial that I would be sent more product in a month. I sent an email right after I read this and told them to cancel they said no problem, well a month later I was charged $116.00. I phoned again and they said it would be canceled nope wrong. I finally had to go in to the bank and get my card changed so that no other payments would come out.”
“REVYVESKIN is a rip off. Like others I paid 6.95 for nothing but aggravation and distrust for whatever company name they .are hiding behind. They are thieves and deserve to be brought to the media's attention. I hope it will be soon! Your rating system is also a scam. My one star is a lie you should understand what that is!”
“I just wanted to receive my free trial and expected a 6.95 shipping charge. I am in Canada so my credit card was charged $7.95 twice and $133.17. I called before I received my product to cancel any more charges. I was shocked to find these charges on my credit charge!! I called to dispute these charges and I was told I ordered this extra product that I was charged and I said I didn't order this eye product and I couldn't return it and the total amount I could be refunded for is $50.00 ... DON'T FALL FOR THIS SCAM!!!!! After reading all the other reviews I will not use this product ... it belongs in the trash!!!! Shame on you people .... WATCH OUT FOR KARMA!!! BTW, there wasn't a choice for 0 stars so don't get excited about my 1 star rating!!! Brenda from Canada”
“I saw the Shark Tank picture and thought this was reliable. Boy, was I wrong. I signed up for the free trail and thought I was being charged 3.99 for a shipping charges. So I filled out my banking info. and hit complete order. Big mistake... That is when the pop ups came up. I ended up being charged $73.00!! And those facebook comments on the bottom are all fake and unclickable!! I wish I could rate it 0!!”
“This company is a cheater, I was informed when I purchased the "trail" sample of eye cream, for the shipping and handling fee of 6.95$, when I finished my order, the screen show the second "trail" sample order 6.95$, I can"t exist so I clicked order again, when I ordered the screen show the third order 49.95$ for face cream , I was very an-green, I closed screen, then I called my credit cart company, Revyve company has charged me two orders. The Revyve company knows exactly what they were doing....” I canceled two order with them by phone, I will pay attention for future....”
“It is a rip off. Do not fall for this product. On top of it all I received 2 different named products on my visa statement 96.90 and 89.90. If you try to ware under make up. It beads up. BAD BAD BAD PRODUCT. Go get OLAY products much cheaper and it works better than most. The other product I will buy is Meaningful beauty.”
“I didn’t know I was signing up for auto shipping when I signed up for the free trial. Such a big mistake. The number to contact them is 1 (844) REVYVE1. I was able to cancel. Such terrible customer service though!”
“I don't even have a number to call them and tell them i want this cancelled. they keep billing me $96.90 and sending me one little tiny bottle that doesn't even work. Can someon please get me a phone number so that I can cancel this.”
“Revyve is a TOTAL SCAM. You think that you're buying a free trial, what you're getting is a shit product at a great cost AND you sign in to receive this stuff every month if you don't cancel your order. They know what they are doing. SHAME.”
“I didn’t even want to give this 1 star. This is a HUGE SCAM, they not only sent me an extra product I didn’t order AND charged me for it but they refused to acknowledge their mistake. I combed through that fine print like a mad woman before I agreed to anything and I DID NOT order the extra product but they insist that I did by mistake. Oh and the best part, the cream is horrible, it smells like rotten milk and cheap plastic and dried my face out so badly within three days I was embarrassed to go out in public. Horrible company, horrible product.”
“For those who are considering buying their products, please read others' feedbacks before making a purchase. They will call you relentlessly with a different number every day trying to convince you to buy their products”
“TOTAL SCAM!!!!! I can't believe these people can get away with this!!!! Where is the Government that is supposed to protect us from these CROOKS. I'm so dam mad that people can get away with this. It was a pop up. Offering this cream. not worth the money they put on your credit card. Thieves!!!!!! 0 rating for me”
“If I could give a ZERO rating, I would. I came across the add online and was going to order the "Free Sample" for $6.95. The terms were not apparent and hidden within a lengthy Terms & Conditions in the confirmation email. They will say they disclosed the agreement right there in black and white...AND they would be right but there is no reason to hide behind a practice like that if your product is good and you a good human. I did get them to refund the most recent transaction and the lady didn't argue with me...she probably deals with poor angry people every day and knows there is no point. One other interesting thing...remember when they offered me a $6.95 sample? well, I never finished that transaction...the next day they sent me a text luring me with a cheaper deal. They really do their work getting you snagged. Once your snagged, probably 90% of the people are not going to respond in the required time. In a 1.5 month period, I am in $368.64. They will refund $89.90 + $96.90. That means I am still in $181.84....OH WAIT, forgot I have to pay shipping to return the product at a cost of $11. $192.84. Not bad for a days work. BRAVO to you for preying on the person not paying attention. You know what they say about Karma...”
“This product is terrible! It is a scam as well. I ordered this product and it gave me a skin rash that I am still dealing with. I have been sent more product and when I called to send it back and get a refund the process was absolutely terrible. They say a resolution is to gift the product! Ha. I would not give my face rash to my enemy. I have to mail back the product then get some code to call again and then see about a refund. Long story short this product is terrible and not good for your skin at all. And you will keep getting charged and more product. Do not order!”
“I also got scammed and charged 2x for this worthless product. I tried emailing customer service to cancel with no reply. I called and received a refund for $89.95 and was assured my account was closed. But then a week later I received a stating I owed $89.95 per my “contract”. I tried emailing again with no response. Buyer beware of this horrible and dishonest company.”
“They got me too! I never fall for these things but stumbled upon it on Pinterest and ordered the "sample." 11 days later the $89.95 charge shows up. The poor stupid girl argued and argued with me over 14 days and 11 days. Of course her supervisor was unavailable but did authorize a 50% refund. I hope these peoples' mothers are proud of them!”
“I was also scammed by this company. I used an account I rarely check on because I rarely use it, well almost $1000.00 later they said they will refund me 60 bucks. Lol. I wish I could lay my hands on these creeps!”
“They get as much of your money as they possibly can before you realize that you are being taken to the cleaners. That is the one thing they do well. I contested charges with my credit card company but Revyve rigs the return and billing windows so that you can not win. Do not buy from these people unless you want to kiss a hundred dollars good bye.”
“Absolutely agree with all above comments. There is no way to cancel the next monthly shipment and the charge was on my credit card statement 2 days before the product arrived. They then told me I couldn't return the product!! It is unopened! Who doesn't let you return. They agreed to 45% refund if I didn't dispute the charge??!! The entire conversation was recorded. They say the sent an email that my recurring orders had been cancelled, this was not true. COMPLETE SCAM and I will be contacting the Florida Attorney in link above. Only address is a PO Box - makes me wonder what is actually in the stuff!!!”
“if I could give a rating of no stars I would ~ they got me on saying it was a line of creams from Joanna Gains from Fixer Upper/TV ~ fighting to get my money back now ~ tried calling the company and got a very rude person talking over me as I tried to explain I DIDN'T GET ANY PRODUCT EXCEPT THE TRIAL ~ offered me 50% off bill ~ again I DIDN'T GET ANY PRODUCT ~ 360.00 later I am in dispute UGH”
“The same thing as listed above happened to me. They make you think you are only paying for shipping for this free full size sample of the product, but then these mysterious charges pop up on your account. Apparently, there is a small link you click somewhere stating the 14 day trial terms, but that is no where to be seen in the free you just pay shipping Joanna Gaines advertising at all. Clearly this has been happening to everyone and the 35% refund offer to not dispute their charges is pathetic. I feel taken advantage of and will never associate myself with this product in any way in the future.”
“After reading the previous reviews I felt I had t0 write. The product (I tried the eye cream first) does not appear to have made any change in my skin. As for the charges, when purchasing a mail order product it is up to the purchaser to make sure of recurring charges. I had gone through that problem with another company a few years ago and learned my less. "free trial" means they will continue to charge you. I called to cancel my order on the day I received the product and was treated very well, except...I was told I would be charged $30.00 for the handling part of shipping and handling.”
“They charge your account before you receive the product. Then you get another product and another charge. Then they tell you that you cannot return the product they will charge you 20.00 and refund the rest. No where is it stated that the product is non returnable or auto shipped. This company is a fraud!!!”
“I also had a terse conservation with CR Nathan when I called to request my money back after seeing the $89.95 & $82.95 charge on my MC. I was told I could only getting 30% back. I was also not familiar with the 14 day "trial" period.....who does that with a skin improvement product?! By the time it's received in the mail, they're billing you for the monthly cost. Nathan would not relent & when I asked for a supervisor he said someone would call me......I'm not holding my breath til that happens! I'll be filing a complaint with MC & any other entity that might close down this ripoff "business"!”
“If it were possible to give no stars...Total scam. A screaming fit at their so-called customer service may get you a refund. I threatened and followed through with filing a complaint with the Florida State Attorney General's Office, Consumer Protection Division. I urge everyone who has been scammed by these creeps to do the same. Here's the website's complaint form for the Florida State Attorney General's Office: http://www.myfloridalegal.com/Contact.nsf/Contact?OpenForm&Section=Consumer_Protection_Division It only takes a few minutes to file a complaint. If enough people do, Revyve will have cause to regret it.”
“After purchasing revyeeye and skin cream I noticed to charges on my account. I then found their phone number on my bank statements and called them they immediately started asking questions about my zip code and email without asking for account number. I told them that this sounds crazy and they proceeded to tell me they sent an email out to me which was a lie. I was on my emails as I was talking to her. Then she said she sent another email and nothing ever came in. She said the phone on file was no the phone I completed the order in and that was a lie she said it was from the phone I was calling from which is a brand new phone and number today. DO NOT BY THIS IS FOR SURE A SCAM. I wish there was a way to not give a star at all”
“I agree with Tami above. I too thought that I was getting a free trial and did not see anything saying that they were going to charge my account $89.95. When I saw the charge I also called them and was told that Amount because I had agreed to their terms and conditions. Unfortunately I don't remember checking a box for terms and conditions but they say that I did they would not refund me my full amount but agreed to refund me 30% if I didn't go and dispute the amount. I said I wouldn't but who would you contact anyway. The same people who already said they would refund it.I will never buy anything again online that says it's free because it's not really. It's just”
“Total scam and the product is useless. I had told the service rep. declaratively that I didn't want a monthly delivery. So what did I get ? You guessed it. I complained bitterly to a Rep. named Romeo who verified that I shouldn't have gotten the delivery and took me off his list but they trimmed me for $180.00. Total rip-off folks. Report them to the Better Business Bureau and get some satisfaction!”
“After also noticing charges of $82.95 and $89.95 on my VISA I contacted Revyve customer service to remove the charges. I was informed when I purchased the "trial" sample of your eye and face cream for the shipping and handling fee of $6.95 each was really an authorization to charge my account in 14 days for the products total price. This was never explained in the original order or I never would have ordered the product and I'm sure others wouldn't either. Any company that has to "trick" you into buying their credit is not one you should do business with. I contacted their Customer Service and they refused to help me in refunding my credit card or allowing me to return the unopened merchandise. This company is a total scam.”
“This product burned my skin. After the second round of double charges I called to ask for a refund and I would send the eye serum and skin cream back. At first they said, after a lengthy argument, they would send 25% of the last charge back. Then he, Mathew, asked me to hold and came back with a new deal. 40% of my money back if I promised not to escalate the complaint. I refused his offer and I want 100% of my last charge back! I will be talking to an attorney.”
“After noticing charges of $82.95 and $89.95 on my VISA I contacted Revyve customer service to remove the charges. I was informed when I purchased the “trail” sample of your eye and face cream for the shipping and handling fee of $6.95 each was really an authorization to charge my account in 14 days for the products total price. I will admit my error in even thinking a mail order company would be any good, let alone faithful, it is now confirmed. The Revyve company knows exactly what it is doing. First, it gets a buyer attention by showing “Joanna Gaines” saying she is leaving HGTV for her own skin line and then you start promoting your product, with the customer thinking they are going to try a Joanna Gaines product. Then, Revyve tells you for a shipping fee you can get your “trail” product, which as you well know it is not a trail bottle but a scam to charge your account for the full amount. When I agreed to try Revyve products, it was in good faith. I fully and honestly was interested in trying your product and hoped to purchase on a regular basis. Your “trail” period of 14 days from the “date of purchase” does not give a customer time to see if they like the product, let alone does what you claim it does. I won’t ever know if your product is any good, does what you claim or let any one else know if it works or not, because I will not use it now. A company who purposely deceives its customers is not a company I want to do business with and something must be really wrong with your products if you have to get customers to purchase using underhanded tactics. Very Unsatisfied Customer, Tami Rich”
