What does Skin Contour contain?
While checking for Skin Contour’s components, we experienced a major setback. This was because the product doesn’t mention about its contents anywhere on its site or package. How do we know if it is genuine? It is very sad that in spite of making many tall claims on the site, the makers of this cream were not responsible enough to justify them with valid facts. We would never recommend this product because there is a lot of ambiguity surrounding this cream. What are the active ingredients that are being mentioned in a few places on the site? It is disappointing that we don’t have an answer to this question.

We believe that a product has to be transparent to its users to gain their trust. Unfortunately, Skin Contour is far from this. Since the ingredients are not revealed, we don’t know what we would be paying for. This, according to us, is a huge risk and we don’t want our readers to take this risk.
“I ordered this as the trial sample, and saw wording that indicated this would be a recurring order. I waited a couple days after ordering, and called and cancelled the subscription. I received mt sample for $4.95, and never received another product from them. I have tried a lot of other expensive face products, none of which produced satisfactory results. I am in my 60's and this product softened my skin, added suppleness, and visibly reduced the lines and rough texture of my skin. I was pleasantly surprised. When the sample ran out, I decided to order more, and came across these negative reviews. Now I am worried about ordering, thinking perhaps the trial offer is something different than the full size, except that most of these reviews do seem to be based upon the trial offer. I am wondering how this product worked so well for me and not for the others. Confused.”
“I bought this product at a kiosk in the mall. When the lady put it on one side of my face I could actually see the wrinkles going away. I did not do the other side of my face because I wanted to show my husband the difference. When I started using it at home it does not work at all. I don't know what the lady at the kiosk put on first but it was not the stuff I bought. TOTAL SCAM!”
“Attorney Generals in each state need to shut them down as well.. This is a Scam on Americans All CONSUMER COMPLAINTS ARE THE SAME! Due to their system adding an item to the invoice I did not order. Upset, knew something was not right. I immediately called and cancelled and emailed cancellation of orders on same day of the order. Sales Rep did not cancel skin contour as I found out when an unauthorized charge of $98.17 appeared on statement. Reporting to AG office”
“As stated above, I took a survey through an airline company, once the survey was finished, it directed me to choose a product for free. I chose this product and only had to pay "shipping". I didn't realize it rolled me into a membership with them. Just happened to look at my account statement and was also charged the $98! I called and complained at legnth and told the customer service rep that she should be ashamed to work for a company like this and asked how many calls a day that she gets like this. The only thing she was able to do for me (since I haven't recieved the first order) was credit back 50%. So I'm still out $45 for a sample of skin creme. TOTAL RIP OFF! Beware!”
“Not only did it make me break out terribly (and I don't have sensitive skin), I fell for the same scam! Terrible business practices. Don't do the free trial! AND it made me do one star, they didn't deserve it.”
“Total and complete scam. Even when you call or email to cancel, they wait until the free trail has passed by one day and THEN they cancel you. SO I was charged almost $100 even though I cancelled 8 days BEFORE the trial date ended. The woman I contactd at their customer service was EXTREMELY rude, she refused to listen or acknowledge my email dates and she hung up on me. They will not refund me and I'm STILL fighting them.”
“I ordered Skin Contour cream. The continue screens ordered other products that were not wanted. The packing slip and the packaging had no company information. Shortly my email was flooded with spam for products from many different sites ending in .eu.”
“THIS IS A SCAM AND THE PRODUCT TRIAL IS USELESS. I got an offer that pop up on my computer about a free gift, No charged. Only $4.95 for mailing and processing. Because I continue to get more "offers" I became suspicious., and call them on the phone asking if I had been subscribed to this product. I said to cancel the subscription but I am being charged $98. .71 for the sample offer as free, because I did not call before the 14 days, They did not send me anything else, but they are still charging me . I disputed the charged, and to bank send me their answer. They came back with a different product, and different conditions. The bank judge on their favor. But I am still disputing.”
“This is a scam!!! They do not make clear the terms as they call them are a farce. I don't even like the product. You can use preparation H to achieve reducing eye bags and a little darker makeup under your eyes. NEVER AGAIN !!! If it seems to good to be true it usually is! PS I wouldn't have given a star above but it was required---I would not have marked any of them.”
“While I did like the product, there were no instructions to cancel within 14 days. I did receive two bills for the skin and eye cream, they cancelled the $86 charge, but not the $98 charge. I got nothing in return for this charge, and two very rude customer service agents in exchange. I cannot find the company on the Better Business Bureau page either. Total scam!!”
“Still boiling mad about this SCAM, got product with NO invoice or info on either to cancel or be billed after the 14 day trial,,so used the product it did NOTHING against wrinkles so did not order more. BUT wait, because I didn't actually cancel they sent me ANOTHER jar charging my card the full price $98 for BOTH jars, they will not accept returns, so I'm stuck with the useless stuff. Be WARNED, DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM.”
“Another scam, sent for FREE sample, no instructions to cancel within 14 days, so they charged me $98 for no more than a tablespoon of product, which is not better than any over the counter creams you can buy, NOT ONLY that they charged me a SECOND time $98 for a jar they sent out and will not accept back when I get it,Bank card cannot help because I somehow agreed to this "contract" when I sent for original jar, be warned, DON'T ORDER THIS PRODUCT or any other that offers FREE trials, they are ALL SCAMS”
