The Visalia Skincare has come out on the market with a bid to bring relief to all the women out there who are having trouble maintaining their young and firm skin.

If slogans on the product are to be believed, then this is the truth behind the celebrities and their young looking skin. But don’t act too fast to get this Visalia Skincare unless you read the whole review outlined below.

How does Visalia Skincare help?

Since the product claims to prevent ageing, it promises to do so by a three-way process. First and foremost it reduces the dryness in the skin by 95%, as it increases the production of collagen. Second, it attacks the main reason that is, i.e., the under eye circles. This darkens the entire complexion and makes the face look dull and tired. This product sets for itself the task of reducing this to almost 73%. Over and above Visalia Skincare also works on reducing the frown lines to the extent of 85%

What ingredients Visalia Skincare contains

Here’s the flip to this product. While it has so many claims, there is not much proof to substantiate the claims that it is making. It is only a simple concept that the users who want to make use of this product would like to know what goes into the making of this. With no mention of this, it makes the purchase of this product very difficult. Added to that is the fact that there is no way buyers can check if there are allergic ingredients added to this product.

Hidden truth behind the cost of Visalia Skincare

While Visalia Skincare comes with a trial offer, that is propagated to be free, the truth of the matter is that it is not free. There is a 14-day trial offer, and at the end of the trial, the user has to pay up $89.95. This makes it a no-free offer and there is more to come because, once the free trial period is over, and the user has not remembered to cancel, the product is auto shipped and payments of $94.90($89.95 product + $4.95 shipping) are continued to be debited. This makes us wonder if this product is just another way of minting money from the user or if it has some goodness in it.

The result of Visalia Skincare

Without a thorough knowledge of the ingredients of the product, there is no way this product is going to be recommended. We need to know one way or the other if this product is any good before recommending this to our users. Since that info is lacking this product is a no. This combined with the fact that that there are no clear details on the payments that will be incurred, compel us to steer clear of this product. However, if we have the need to look for a product like that, then it is best to look at similar ones.

Who to call

Having read this, to cancel the free trial of Visalia Skincare, you can call into (855) 579-9245 or mail [email protected]

All you people need to read the 'Terms and Conditions!" They spell out exactly what to expect. When you buy from them, they stipulate you are agreeing NOT to join a class action suit and that there will be no trial jury. By buying from this site, you are agreeing to ONLY arbitration. Period! So for those of you who think you're taking them to court...guess again. They also spell out exactly what to expect in terms of how and when you will be charged. ALWAYS read the terms and conditions...and you almost always have to scroll WAY down to find it. They count on people being misinformed b/c they haven't read the terms/conditions. That's how they make their money.

I wish I'd read customer reviews before "accepting" this prize for filling out a survey about Amazon. They claim the information that you are accepting a trial offer and must call to cancel within 14 days was plain to see and easy to read...not true. This is so wrong! I called my credit card company to dispute the charges, and they couldn't do anything about it. Something needs to be done about this company.

Visalia skin care is one of the biggest SCAMS out there. I have been charged $89.95 and &85.95 for two products. Price is bad enough but the skin care cream is less than mediocre. DO NOT fall for this scam like I did. I called Vasilia to cancel future orders and get a refund but was told..... not gonna happen. I am going to keep perusing for a refund

I mistakenly fell for the free trial, ordered on my phone, check in the box, called almost immediately to cancel and they keep claiming I can't find my "account". Pretty hard for someone to cancel an order, when their cust svc. keeps claiming they can't even find your account or see your order!! (I call bullshit on that bullshit.) However I have already been charged $55 - which they did immediately- on my debit card. I am canceling my debit card and hoping that wi keep them from ever charging me again for this bogus crap.

First time I ever ordered a product like this on my phone. The trial offer was so cheap and product supposedly endorsed by celebrities..I remember Kelly Ripa's name. Within 2 weeks I noticed charges on my credit card for around $89 each product (tried 2 products). The packing list did not include ANY pricing information at all! Not the trial price I paid, not the full price if I wanted to order more and DEFINITELY did not say I was automatically scheduled to pay for more product. Total scam. I used my credit card company to dispute the charges and had a favorable outcome before any more product arrived. Thank you Chase!!!

I ordered the sample serum and cream. I thought it was worth trying. I used the sample and I didn't like the way it felt on my skin. Therefore I didn't order it again . Six weeks later more arrives! I called to say that there had been a mistake. I did not order this! Evidently there was a box to check if you didn't want to have it automatically reordered. I missed it! Now I'm stuck with this cream which I'm charged $89.95 for the serum and $85.00 for the cream. It cannot be returned. In the end after a long angry conversation with customer service rep, she gave me 30% return on my credit card. Do not do business with this company!

Do not except any free samples of skin products from Visalia Skin products, Their products are nothing special but they are dishonest with their charging policy and that is how they will keep billing you once they get your charge number. Nowhere in the ad did I clearly see this is a monthly order club with outrageous charges of close to a 100.00 for a mini tub of cream that feels like plastic on the skin. They have an incredible marketing campaign under other names and third party charge companies so beware. I hope to see a class action suit against their false claims and unfair charging practices, I hope more folks file complaints. if you fall victim to this Ca base company Here is their info. $89.95 scam

★☆☆☆☆
1 5 1
When I ordered a so call free sample and only paid $4.95. I fell into their trap even I was very careful to read everything. Now they claim that I clicked the box and I agreed to notify them after 14 days of trial. I am pretty sure that I did not click and agreed to the stmt. I asked them to send me the proof that I did click the box to agree their policy. They refused to send me the proof and offer me 30% discount of the $89.95 charge. I refused since I would like to see the proof. If I have the invoice to proof that I did click the box, then I will be glad to pay for it. Otherwise, i will need the full refund. BOA is doing the dispute for me. It is a scam to get people to pay for $89.95. I wonder why Shark Tank will endose this type of product. Any one know how can I write a complaint to Shark Tank?

I thought may be this product would be ok to try bc it's only a small SAMPLE TRIAL, which was a LIE! They had the audacity to charge my credit card a bill for 89.95 x 2 which is ABSURD! What a SCAM!!! I will never order anything on line again. That taught me a big lesson to never true anything on line if its not a SECURE SITE! YOU PEOPLE WHO ARE SCAMMING MANY PEOPLE WILL RECEIVE YOUR PUNISHMENT IN TIME!!!!!!! KARMA is a "B...."!!!! I can not submit this page until I rate this product. I don't believe it deserve even one star. I would give it NOTHING AT ALL!

Rating would be a zero... I was to pay 4.95 for shipping and handling and in total I have been charged over 500 dollars for shit I never ordered or never received. Called and talked to someone wanting my money back and she said there was nothing she could do. I would not get my money back that they charged on my card and for me to have a nice day. I have no idea how to get them to pay my money back. One of the biggest scams I have ever see. And the product sucks...

Visalia Skincare is a SCAM

★☆☆☆☆
1 5 1
This rip-off company is an internet-only business that entices consumers to pay only shipping and handling for a trial-sized amount of eye and face cream that is absolutely nothing special, it feels like Nivea cream and it does ABSOLUTELY nothing to your skin. They are very slick in getting you to check a box that confirms you're over 18 (and you agree to their terms & conditions). What you do not know at the time you give them your credit card info is that they will charge you about $189 within 14 days of when you order the trial (UNLESS you know to CANCEL BEFOREHAND). Because I was traveling a lot and did not realize what a fraud they are, they ended up stealing $189 of my hard-earned money. And, to top it all off they refused to credit me for the the un-open and unused product (still in the original shipping box) I was willing to returned to them - claiming they never accept returns of subscriptions. They are THIEVES! Be warned, they are FRAUDULENT, and there is nothing you can do about it after the fact! The trial is not worth a penny or a minute of your time! If you decided to proceed with the trial be sure to read the terms & conditions that you will be agreeing to. You might need a Lawyer to decipher it for you. But your best is to stay away from this company and their DECEITFUL PRACTICES!

Agree, Agree, Agree!!

★☆☆☆☆
1 5 1
The product is not half bad, BUT their "free trial" is indeed not free. And to be honest, I never saw the 14 day cancellation clause! I ended up paying $238.81 for a bottle of Vitamin C serum, a VERY small container of night cream and eye crème. BEWARE!! Do not order this on your phone. You cannot opt out of the Vitamin C serum and you won't see the 14 day cancellation deal. I cannot believe they can live with themselves ripping people off like this! Typical scam. I should've known better!

There's nothing lower than 1 star but if there were I'd give it a negative star. The company gets your credit card number and keeps shipping unless you make sure to tell them right away you want to cancel. They will not accept a return and even after you cancel and tell them you don't want the product, you still have to pay 50% of the price of the products you've received.. This is a scam. Do not buy this this product.

I insisted that I needed to cancel. Operator said I did. Tomorrow I will begin checking my visa everyday. How can a company begin auto shipments without indicating it anywhere? Do not order this product unless you have money to throw away.

No rating, cannot do negative numbers Yes, I admit, did not read the details on line, thinking that documentation would be included in new trial order. When charged, I did receive the partial refund. Then when the "unreturnable product" arrived, I only received one item not the two I had received for "free trial". When I called to say I only receive the one item and not the two, I was told that the second item was cancelled and not delivered, (declined because I closed my card that day with my bank!), so I did get out before more financial damage was done! Lesson Learned, I cannot see results from product, yet.

Even a one star rating of this terrible organization is vastly over stated. They deserve to be exposed for being a scam. And not be rated at all. I have read all of the previous reviews/ comments and agree with all who claimed that this is a SCAM. Like others, I am angry with myself for even considering the trial purchase of any of their products. Of course seeing the "fine print" saying you will be charged $89..00 is impossible. Otherwise, I would have seen it and followed through accordingly. I will tell the world of what a horrible, terrible, organization they are. Bad customer service. Of course you can return a skin care product, especially an unopened product and get your money back. Other reputable companies such as Macy's will gladly refund your money. They do not want unhappy customers. Not With Visalia you CAN'T. Horrible Scam!!!!!!!!!! I am disputing the charges!!!!!!!! I am a proud Democrat. And I am not surprised this horrendous policy comes from the President's wife's organization.

Such a scam. My mom filled out a survey for Costco and when she was done, there was a gift for this face cream to where she only has to pay shipping of $1.99. They ended up charging her $91.90 and $94.90 for two tiny little tubes of cream. Then when she called them the guy over talk ed her and did not want to give her a refund. After a long time of asking for a manager, they finally offered to give her a 35% discount, and then a 50% discount when she said no. Then a 75%, discount which she still said no to. If you keep saying no and asking for a manager, they will give you a 100% refund. Hope all of the rest of you are successful as well.

Its BS you can't give ZERO stars because that is what this deserves!! ALSO BEWARE of ILLUM skin care, it is the same deal! They will charge you about $100 after 14 days of free trial, and you've been entered into a monthly subscription service. There are multiple websites for this, also under Eternel Anti-Aging cream; one does say there's a refund in the T&C but the other does not. If you call them they will bully you and say "you're not the first person to not read the T&C" and "We have your ISP address, we have your e-transfer numbers, you will not get a refund" FILE WITH BBB as well as here. Enough complaints, they will be forced to at least get a different name. . . but sadly this sort of thing will go on. I feel stupid to have been duped as i read the site very carefully but did not see the TINY TINY print for the T&C. I can't believe anyone would actually buy this for $100. it also made my face break out.

Total ripoff, and questionable sales practices. Their "trial period" starts the day you order, You have 14 days to cancel your order or they charge you for your next order. You don't receive the trial product for about a week after you order, so you have one week to decide if you want the next supply. Not enough time to see if it works. I cancelled as soon as I saw the $89.95 charge on my account. They accepted the cancellation, but a month later they had still not returned my $89.95. After another phone call, during which they continually told me they could not refund my money, even though I never received any second shipment, I eventually "convinced" the "Floor Manager" to refund the bulk of my money. He started at 50%, then stepped up to 75%, and when I told him I would accept 80% , he agreed to that, and processed a refund of $71.96. Not 100% refund, but I figured $18.00 loss was acceptable punishment for being stupid, again, and falling for this "stay young" scam.

Same as everyone else. I signed up for the $3.96 trial. I did not see any fine print about canceling. I am usually very good about canceling when appropriate. I missed the first billing and didn't catch it until the following month. I called the company. After refusing their offer 4 times, actually hanging up and they called back, they sent me an email saying they would refund current month but wouldn't remove initial $89.95 for sample. I am now disputing with bank. I'm steamed. This people are intentionally ripping people these off.

I saw their FREE offer online so I was lured into this scam! I was told it was free but to my surprise, I saw that they charged my credit card for shipping and the cost of the sample for $4.75 and $89.95 at first. Then, they charged me again this month of June for $94+ I called them and disputed the charges but I was told that sales are final. I told them I NEVER received anything and should fully refund me. I only received a very small sample jar and that was it! I was offered a 35% discount at first and then 50% discount by "Rhodes" (the guy I spoke with on the phone) but I told him that I NEVER RECEIVED anything from the post office so why will I even be offered a discount. I just wanted my money back. I disputed with my credit card company......

Same thing happens to me. It is not that you didn't see that you have to return the products before 14 days..it is that there is no mention of it when you order . There is also no mention of buying a $35 vitaminC cream in order to get the allegedly free trial. There is no way to adjust or review or delete your order. It is pure forced sale scam illegal activities. Therefore i don't trust the cream and i think it should be put out of the market.

I placed an order for Visalia skincare cream and eye serum on May 18th. I was taking advantage of the trial offer which stated I would only be charged for the shipping costs of the items. Even though the timing of the trial offer was not clearly listed, it was in the terms and conditions which I had to search out to find. Among many other things stated, it states that the 14 day trial starts 2 days after the order is placed. That would make my 14 days end on today, June 3rd. On May 30th, I emailed [email protected] to cancel. I was charged $85.95 yesterday, June 2nd. I immediately called questioning why I wasn't cancelled and asked for a refund. Customer service representative mumbled, was nonchalant and very unprofessional. She offered me products at 50% to continue purchasing. I declined and persisted on canceling. The very next day, my card is charged for $44.97! She obviously cancelled one product but not the other. I immediately called the company again and this time got a customer service representative that was very rude and nasty with me. She immediately offered me the 50% off which I declined. She then offered me her employee discount of 75%? What?! How can these products be worth $85.95 and then offered for 75% off? Absolutely ridiculous. She assured me that I would not be refunded any of my money and that they had legal rights to do what they're doing. Wow. I've contacted my bank and have filled a dispute against these charges. Hopefully, I can recoup some of my costs. I have never dealt with such a horrible company.

Same here... clicked on free trial it charged me the 4.95 for the skin cream then charged me 3.95 for the eye cream which I did not even want when I checked my bank account additional monies were charged. I was not made aware of the 14 day cancellation. No email notification or billing statement sent. Dispute in progress.. disappointed in myself. SCAMMED.

I received an email from Amazon offering a free product sample and all I need to pay is for shipping of $3.96. I received a charge on my CC for $89.95 for the product sample. The company claims that when I checked the online agreement I was agreeing to pay the full price in 14 days unless I called to cancel. I'm sure they scam many people which is how the company makes money. This should not be legal and the company needs to be shut down. Also, it turns out that the email I received is also Fraud because the company claims they never sell through Amazon.

TRUMP SCAM BILLING

Visalia Skin Care products are from the Melania Trump organization. They grab almost $200 from you within seconds of your trial purchase. There aren't any ingredients listed, and no info on animal testing, or much of anything else. Melania is now telling everyone that she too is a successful business woman. She's a thief, just like all the rest of the family. SCAM!!

It's a total scam. The add to cart button is secretly a hidden agree button. But they messed up with my husband and I. We check out finances daily. They charged one day early and we saw. We cancelled then. Within the 14 days. But they still charged. Once sending the needed proof to Discover, we got our money back. So beware. They will still charge you after.

SCAM!!!!

This is a total scam. They lure you in by telling you that you will get a free sample and you will only have to pay shipping. They don't tell you that after 14 days they will start charging you $89 a month or more for this crap. It doesn't work at all. When you threaten to cancel it on your credit card they tell you to go ahead "because they win all their disputes". DON'T FALL FOR THIS SCAM!

I received an email to try Ivanka Trump`s beauty line. I was told she was a spokes person for Visalia. LIE! The presidents daughter offers Aqua Refine not Visalia! Get your facts straight before you make foolish misleading comments. Was charged even tho I cancelled my account and had a confirmation number. The black customer service rep was extremely rude to my bank rep as well as me and refused to reverse the charges. Luckily my bank refunded me. Thus company is a FRAUD!!! Ivan should sue them.

I was in the middle of filling out the billing info and decided to search for reviews and the next thing I knew it charged my account for 2 things without me realizing it. They came in the mail shortly after. Thanks for the help ladies! I will call to cancel and send the junk back tomorrow morning! LESSON LEARNED!

Ordered implied it was a free trial for just the shipping charge of $.4.95 which I was charged. Nothing reference to the 14 days or auto sign up. Got charged$89.95 which I did not realized then received another jar I did not want charged 94.90 called and would not do anything about it but cancel any future shipments. If you can you believe that. Product was not good on top of it.

I also bought into this scam, I didn't realize I had to cancel in 14 days or my credit card would be charged for 89.95 and 85.95. for the two products the eye care and the face cream. I like the eye cream but the face cream made my face break out. When I called the number 855-730-5646, I told the agent that I spoke with that I had entered into a dispute with my credit card company.. She told me I had to do a three way with my credit card company to get the charge taken off. Luckily I have Discover, the agent called Visalia and after confirming all my info, the agent kept asking me if I would take a 25% discount off the charge. I told her no I wanted a full credit. Then she came back a few minutes later and said she would give me 50% off, I told her no I wanted a full credit. Then she went and asked her manager again and came back saying the best she could do was give me 75% off, I said no I wanted a full credit. Then she came back after talking with her manager and gave me the full credit. Discover has the recorded conversation. Shortly thereafter, I got an email notifying me that I was getting a full refund on both products. I have to say their call center sounded really busy, but the girl I spoke with at Visalia, was very nice, not rude, just doing what she was instructed to do.

I read all the reviews and called the customer care number that was given just a couple hours after ordering and let them know I would be cancelling due to all the reviews talking about how they auto sign you up for the monthly payment and product etc and the lady was nice but she did confirm that they do automatically sign you up and you have to call and cancel and send product back for $9.95 if you don't want to be in auto shipment. They say it was in the terms and conditions that I agreed to but the site never prompted me with terms and conditions

So I too.. was caught up in this scam.. even worse, I also apparently signed up for the "eye serum" as well. Aside from a product I do not want and will never use.. I was then charged 89.95 x 2.. 2 weeks after the "trial" Ive gone back to my bank accounts and the recent charges do not have an associated phone number the looking back.. the original "trial" products did: anti-aging serum - eye restoration: (888) 251-4034 and anti-aging cream (866) 995-7044. Both numbers have automated tellers and new immediately my name and status of my account...that I was "enrolled" in auto shipment. There were easy options to cancel future shipments and "enrollment" I then received conformation email. Now I'm still trying to figure out how to reverse the current charges. Hope this helps some!

Refund

Scam, I'm an esthetician and still fell for this, if you demand a full refund and threaten a law suit, you will be refunded, I was refunded full price, ask for name of very rude customer service rep. And demand address, CEO's info, be aggressive, they will first try to reduce price, and offer you a partial refund, firmly say"no" and they will refund.. Never sign up for something that's too good to be true, I'm shocked that they are able to claim that this crap cream is used by the famous, you'd think they'd come forward and tell us they do not use or endorse this junk, but, they don't.. DEMAND REFUND, CALL YOUR FINANCIAL INSTITUTION, AND STOP AND FURTHER CHARGES, you'll only be charged the $4.95..i used it for hand cream.. Just be firm.. I'd love to do this for you all, that's how angry it makes me..I will be happy to help you.. Free of charge.. It's the right thing to do.. Send email I'll help guide you through this to get your refund.. Good luck.. I'm a skin care junky, here's the best.. It's called SUGAR BRAZE women from the south for decades and have peaches and cream skin.. Take regular or organic sugar, mix with your favorite cream, vitamin E oil or I like SERUMS BEST, MIX IN PALM OF YOUR HAND, JUST A LITTLE, SCRUB YOUR FACE GENTLY, EVERY OTHER DAY FOR 2 WEEKS, THEN ONLY ONCE A WEEK, YOU'LL BE AMAZED the texture of your skin, the glow, and the sun damage correction is incredible.. Use a good cream after rinsing, a cheap but effective one is Okay regenerence.. My favorite is SKINN BY DEMITRY JAMES amazing skin care products very reasonably priced.. Better than creams that cost $$$$$ good luck ladies, stand your ground, write reviews, if only we had researched first lol live and learn..

All of the above statements are true. I read the online statements after ordering the trial offer. It said you should cancel by email and so that is what I did but the charges for the product still appeared on my credit card the next day. The broken record phone person kept saying I had to cancel by calling the number. then later kept saying I could get a 30% refund, then when I just kept doing the broken record back, she said 50% but I still kept repeating I wanted all my money refunded and supposedly went to her supervisor who authorized a 75% refund. I accepted that so we'll see how that works out. Probably a well organized scam. Shame on me for falling for it. Don't order, you will be sorry.

Not a option for zero stars. Rip off scam artist, product doesn't work, you will be charged a lot of money for a free trial. When you order your trial they automatically sign you up for auto subscriptions of over 90$pop of crap lotion. You need to cancel IN WRITING within the first 14 days and send the product back within 30 to not be charged the full price. Customer service is extremely rude as well, definitely fraud.

I foolishly ordered this product. I e-mailed to cancel at [email protected] to cancel and the e-mail was returned by dameon which means the address was invalid. The first product arrived with no invoice, just a packing list and three different phone numbers to call to cancel. Complete SCAM!

What a crock of shit! This product is no better than $5 skin care products you can find at walgreens!!! I had no idea that there was any "trial" period of anything until I woke up to a $90 debit from my account. All customer service can say is that it is non-refundable. It is literally a $90 charge for a fucking subscription to them!!! And then the audacity of the customer service representative to say that she rarely gets calls about this hidden scam...I immediately called her out on that bullshit. BEWARE this a scam!!!!!

I called to cancel, and they told me there would be a restocking fee if I cancelled. Mind you, I called within 5 minutes of "placing an order" which was also super deceiving as the button said click to add to your cart, when actually, that one click produces a full order. .....which you can't cancel without a fee! Total scam! I am livid!

The only thing I will write is that I just got off the phone with a representative and expressed my HIGH disappointment on product and that I didn't know about the subscription.
